Some spas are more portable than others. The spa-n-a-box, for example is revolutionary, in that you can literally take it anywhere. You can use it inside in your conservatory, outside on your deck or patio. Portable hot tubs generallt need very little site preparation, however you will need to decide on a location before its delivered. | ||||||||||||||||||

Important points to bear in mind when planning for your Eden Spas experience:
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Allow for a level area at least the size of the spa
- Please bear in mind any sharp corners the spa needs to go around, steps an anything which may make deivery a problem
- Access to a water supply and drain
- Access to a 13 amp standard house socket
- We need one person on delivery of the spa to show them how the spa works and how to chemicalise it
Frequently asked questions
Can i have the hot tub installed anywhere? All hot tubs must be installed on a structurally sound, relatively smooth and level surface that is strong enough to support it when filled. It MUST be installed on firm, sharp object free spaces. We will install the hot tub on grass or but not on dirt, as it will greatly increase debris entering it.
Can i move the hot tub once it has been delivered? NO! Once the hot tub is filled up, you must not try to move it. When our hot tubs are delivered, you sign an agreement stating that you will not move the hot tub.
